WORKING PRINCIPLE
XRVSl5X vertical shaft impact breaking(also known as sand making machine)has two feeding modes,full center feeding:the material falls into the feed hopper,enters the high-speed rotating rotor through the center feed hole,and is fully accelerated and thrown through the launch port Out,first collide with a part of the free-falling material after rebound,and then hit the vortex material lining(or counter-attack block)in the surrounding vortex cavity together,first be rebounded to the top of the crushing cavity,and then deflect downward,And the material ejected from the impeller flow channel collide to form a continuous material curtain,and finally discharged through the lower discharge port.The center feed is accompanied by a ring-shaped waterfall:the material falls into the feed hopper,and then falls through the ring hole,and is divided into two by the bulk material tray.One enters the impeller rotating at a high speed through the distribution tray,and the other falls from the periphery of the distribution tray.The material that enters the impeller is quickly accelerated in the impeller and is thrown out at high speed.It first falls freely with the other part of the bulk tray.The material is crushed by impact,and then impacts on the vortex-shaped material lining(or counterattack block)in the surrounding vortex cavity,and is first rebounded to the top of the crushing cavity,and then deflected downward to move with the material emitted from the impeller flow path The impact forms a continuous curtain of material,which is finally discharged through the lower discharge opening.
